What the fields mean
- Baseline: the figure used by the finder. Blank/null means no reliable whole-program baseline; it never means free.
- Scope and calculation: which charges are included and how the amount was obtained.
- Residency: the published price tier, not an assessment of your eligibility.
- Schedule evidence: what the reviewed documents actually support.
- Checked: the research date, not a promise that a future cohort’s charges are fixed.
Material findings in this edition
- ACC offers some evening classes, but a complete evening-only AAS was not established.
- Wake Tech’s program page and department guidance require reconciling the course plan, tuition caps and daytime requirements.
- CIA’s public program page lists 66 credits; its linked catalog totals 64. The profile explains the discrepancy.
- California resident enrollment fees are shown as such, rather than hidden because they are called fees.
- ICE’s bundled institutional charges remain distinguishable from tuition-only estimates.
