The selected New York Career Culinary Arts diploma includes campus instruction and an externship. Published schedules are eight months for daytime, eleven months for weekends, and twelve months for evenings. Confirm availability for your intended start date.

What the published cost covers

For classes starting after September 1, 2026, total institutional charges are $46,950 for daytime schedules and $43,950 for evening or weekend schedules when paying by cash or other non-credit-card methods. Credit-card payments incur a 1.9% fee. The published charges include applicable direct program expenses such as books, uniforms, knives, tools and ingredients.
